All items are sold "as is", "where
is" without guarantees of any kind, expressed or
implied. All prior descriptions advertised or called
from the auction block are believed to be correct but
never guaranteed. No statement by auctioneer or
Winstead's Auction Co employees or associates shall be
considered a warranty; it is only an opinion and
should not be considered a guarantee or authenticity.
All items should be examined and inspected closely
before bidding, either by the bidder or a independent
representation. The bidder hereby agrees to accept any
item the way that it is and has to use his/hers own
judgment whether bidding live, by phone or by
absentee. 2.
By bidding in person, by phone or absentee, you signify that you have examined the
item, chosen not to examine the item or have hired an
independent agent to examine the item for you. 3.
After a bidder has won the bid on an item, (when the
auctioneer says sold) the bidder becomes the new
owner, even though they may not have paid for the item
yet. The item becomes the full and sole responsibility
of the buyer and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or
damage. 4.
All items are to be paid for the day of the auction.
No item is to be removed from the auction premises
until it is paid for in full. 5.
All items not taken the day of sale should have prior
arrangement for pick up. Any item not picked up within
10 days will be charged a $5 a day storage fee. 6.
We accept cash, approved check, MasterCard, or visa.
12% Buyers Premium will be added to each item less 2%
discount for cash. 7.
Sales tax will be added to each item unless you are a
dealer and provide a tax exempt number. 8.
Auctioneers or any employees will not be responsible
for loading any items that have been purchased. 9.
By registering, phone bidding or absentee bidding at
Winstead's Auction Company you are agreeing to all of
the terms of the auction. |
